Frequent questions about the label

When will the new album by artist “X” be released? Will there be another vinyl edition of album “Y”? Will the sold out album “Y” be released again? When will artist “X” go on tour again?
We will announce any news concerning our artists and products as well as release and concert dates as soon as it is possible. You can find all relevant information on our web site, our Facebook profile (here), and in our newsletter (subscribe here).

I am from country “Z” and want artist “X” to play here. Can you make that happen?
We are happy to hear about concert wishes, but the decision about actual events is within the discretion of local promoters, not of us or the artists. If you would like to see your favourite artists perform in your proximity, you can contact local promoters and/or venues. If you are a promoter and would like to book one of our artists, we will be happy to forward your enquiry. For some of our artists, we serve as a concert agent, and we will be happy to cooperate with you. Please find further information here.

I am an artist and would like to apply. How can I send you my music, and when will I get feedback from you?
We prefer to receive applications via our respective form. Due to the large number of applications we receive, we kindly ask you to understand that we can only get back to you if we are truly interested in you and your music.

I’d like to have autographs by artist “X.” Is that possible?
We recommend going to a concert. Alternately, we sometimes offer signed special editions.



Frequent questions about the shop

When will my order be dispatched?
If all ordered articles are available, we usually dispatch two business days after you have placed your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from our warehouse at Optimal/Netlogistix. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, this may be because we only dispatch complete deliveries and no partial deliveries and you have ordered at least one article that isn’t available at the moment. Please check the release dates on the respective article pages.

I live in country “Z.” Do you send goods here?
We deliver worldwide.

I place an order from country “Z”: how long does the shipping take?
In general, we dispatch via regular mail which makes the duration of a shipment abroad hard to estimate. Shipments to the USA, for example, may arrive after only one or two weeks; in extreme cases such as Christmas holidays or weather chaos, however, it might take more than ten weeks. We kindly ask for your patience. Please contact us only if you are realistically worried that your order didn’t reach us or the shipment has been lost while shipped..

Can you send me a consignment number for my order so that I can trace it online?
As we always ship via regular mail when possible, we can send a consignment number for your order only in the following cases: when ordering from Germany, only for certain articles (e.g., LPs, art books, box sets), and when ordering from abroad, only for orders with a weight higher than two kg.

Which brand are your clothes?
In general, we use our own "Prophecy Official Merchandise" brand for t-shirts.
Brands of t-shirts manufactured before September 2014 will most probably be Gildan or Fruit of the Loom.
If the brand of a new shirt will not be "Prophecy Official Merchandise" this will be explicitly mentioned at the product page in the shop.
We usually use Gildan Softstyle for girlie shirts and Fruit of the Loom for hooded sweaters.

Which are the measurements of the different sizes of the "Prophecy Official Merchandise"?
Due to conditions of production, measurements may differ. The following details are thus estimations only (flat chest x length in cm):
T-Shirt: S: 50x68, M: 53x70, L: 56x72, XL: 59x74, XXL: 62x76
Girlie Shirt (Gildan Softstyle): S: 52x39, M: 53x40, L: 54x41
Hoodie (Fruit of the Loom): S: 66x48, M: 68x52, L: 72x56, XL: 78x60, XXL: 78x64
Hoodie Jacket (Fruit of the Loom): S: 66x51, M: 68x56, L: 72x61, XL: 76x64, XXL: 76x67
